SpotFuel is operated by Quantum Leap Cloud and AI Solutions. By purchasing fuel or submitting a campaign, you agree to these terms. All prices and charges shown on SpotFuel are in US dollars (USD).
What you are buying
Fuel is one-time digital promotion inventory for the SpotFuel leaderboard. It is not a deposit, investment, cash balance, or subscription and cannot be withdrawn as money. Ranking, qualified exposure rates, and measurement rules are described on the Rules page.
Delivery and fulfilment
Stripe hosts payment checkout. After Stripe confirms a successful payment, the purchased amount is credited to the campaign as fuel. Delivery begins immediately: the campaign can enter or rise on the board, and fuel can be consumed as qualified exposure arrives. There is no physical shipping or return process.
Cancellations and refunds
SpotFuel does not create recurring charges, so there is no subscription to cancel. Because fuel is delivered immediately and may begin generating exposure, completed purchases are generally final. We will investigate duplicate charges, payments that were not credited, material technical failures to deliver the purchased fuel, and refunds required by applicable law. Contact support promptly and include the campaign URL and checkout email, but never send card details.
Campaign responsibilities
You must have authority to promote the submitted destination and must provide accurate, lawful content. Adult content, scams, malware, deceptive claims, link shorteners, and campaigns outside SpotFuel's stated product focus may be rejected or removed. Fuel associated with a policy-violating campaign is not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
No outcome guarantee
A purchase provides promotion inventory under the published burn rules. SpotFuel does not guarantee a particular rank duration, number of clicks, leads, conversions, revenue, or business result. Public reports are measurements, not audited performance claims.
