Clear terms for sponsoring the case.
These purchase terms apply only to bids placed on the SpotFuel AirPods edition. By submitting a bid, you confirm that you are authorised to promote the submitted company and destination.
What you are buying
A winning bid buys one AirPods face sponsorship for the published cycle: an approved logo, name and link on the AirPods page plus a die-cut sticker on the matching physical case face. It is not a subscription, deposit or cash balance.
Payment and confirmation
Checkout is hosted by the configured payment provider. The bid is charged in full at checkout, but a face changes hands only after a signed payment webhook confirms it. An open, failed or processing checkout does not reserve a face.
Outbid refunds
If a higher confirmed bid takes the face before the seven-day cycle closes, the displaced bid is marked outbid and the full charge is automatically returned to the original payment method. Provider or bank processing times can affect when it appears.
Fulfilment
Approved winners are published on the AirPods page for the cycle and receive the matching physical sticker. The case is carried daily, but SpotFuel does not promise a particular number of views, impressions, clicks, leads or sales.
Content and rejection
Sponsors must be lawful and suitable for public display. Adult content, scams, malware, deceptive claims, link shorteners and destinations you do not control may be rejected or removed. A rejected sponsor is refunded in full; card details should never be sent to support.
